Raises for nurses, doctors in British Columbia called unfair, secretive

Doctors and nurses in British Columbia are being offered salary increases as part of an extension and "labor market adjustment" to their current contracts. The Hospital Employees' Union, however, is calling the deal unfair, as there is currently a public sector wage freeze in effect.
